How can I view the status of my order?
Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What is the meter count on a Pre-Owned product?
ABMcopier.com will only sell equipment with less than 2 to 3 months worth of use as specified by the manufacturer. 


 
Do you sell new Canon and Canon Certified or only Pre-Owned products?
ABMcopier.com sell new Canon, Canon Certified as well as Pre-Owned copiers. 
However, we have primarily concentrated on providing the best Pre-Owned and Canon Certified products in the industry. All of our products are backed by warranties to ensure your safety and confidence. 


What warranties are offered with Canon Certified and Pre-Owned products?
 All of our Canon Certified systems come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Our standard warranty for Canon Certified units is 30 days parts and labor, calculated from the day your copier arrives at your  facility. Consumables such as toner, developer, and drums are not covered under warranty.

During the shipping process, it is very common for vibration to occur which may cause slight adjustments that are needed to be made once your copier arrives. For this reason, we require your copier to be installed by a certified copier dealer. You bear the cost for these installation services, as well as the labor-only charges for any potential adjustments. This is also the time when the dealer will show you how to operate your copier, and a great time to discuss a service contract.


Will I need a technician?
Copiers are delicate office equipment and may require a technician to set up and/or make minor adjustments upon arrival due to the vibration during the delivery process. If a technician is needed it is at the buyers expense.

 Where do you ship? What are the shipping costs?
We offer shipping in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada to street level with no stairs (there is a slight charge for stairs). Shipping costs usually range from $299 to $399 per copier based on the model and weight of the copier. 
Shipping to locations that require special attention such as stairs and out of the country to Canada will be extra. In order to arrange for these situations, please contact us at info@abmcopier.com or call 856-227-6582.

  Do you test all copiers before shipping?
We inspect and test all  Canon, Canon Certfied and Pre Owned low meter copier units before shipping to insure that all options are working properly and functioning as though they were from the factory. All consumable items are installed with no warranty as to expected life on all new and used office equipment.

How long does it take for delivery?

After you buy a copier, our shipping process will take 7 to 10 business days for your copy machine to arrive depending on what part of the country you are located. Preparation includes corner board placement around the copier, as well as shrink wrapping and bubble wrapping if necessary. We use transportation companies that specialize in moving electronics, using air-ride trailers which help in eliminating the vibration of your copier in transit.
